crossfit Kids

Welcome to our CrossFit Kids class, where young athletes discover the joy of fitness in a fun and supportive environment! Our CrossFit Kids program is specially designed to inspire children to embrace an active lifestyle, develop physical literacy, and build confidence through movement.


Our nutrition coaching begins by working with your nutrition coach to understand your personal goals. A Registered Dietitian will create a custom nutrition plan to meet those goals so that you can take the guesswork out of your health! You will also receive tons of healthy recipes and ideas for all diet types (vegetarian, gluten free, etc), and engage in bi-weekly check ins with your nutrition coach for added accountability. Access to our exclusive app will allow you to stay in touch with your nutrition coach, and stay on track to reach your goals!

crossfit Teens

Our CrossFit Teens class welcomes teenagers of all fitness levels and backgrounds, from beginners to competitive athletes. Whether your teen is looking to improve their sports performance, boost their confidence, or simply stay active and healthy, our program offers a welcoming space for them to thrive and excel.

Hard Knox remote

Hard Knox Remote provides daily workout routines designed specifically for home or hotel settings, requiring only your bodyweight or minimal equipment to complete.  These workouts have instructional videos and can be completed in 30 minutes or less.
