We follow CompTrain Class for our scheduled WOD times. By following CompTrain programming we have the ability for entry level athletes and professional level athletes to take the same class together to create a stronger community.
Yes! All of our coaches have knowledge in proper nutrition and can assist athletes. If you are looking for more in depth nutrition coaching, Coach Audrey is an Eat to Perform Coach and offers one on one nutrition plans. We also run nutrition challenges throughout the year to keep you on track.
