Hard Knox Standards is more than just a hashtag we use to track posts at CFHK. Hard Knox Standards means being a part of a community of like minded individuals who hold themselves to the highest standard. We want to create ourselves into the best individual we can be for the greater well being of the community. We strive to move well, think clearly & positively, and live with purpose. This also means that we hold ourselves to this standard not only in the gym but outside. When we see that our community needs our support, we give it. Right now the black community needs all of our voices to speak messages of equality, inclusion, hope, and love. We stand with the black community and want to take action to create positive change. Join our efforts and rep your shirt proudly so that others will ask, “What does that mean?” 🙂 #blacklivesmatter
