CrossFit Hard Knox provides a safe, positive environment for ALL athletes to strengthen one’s mind and body to reach their fullest potential in life.

Our coaching staff promises to communicate, motivate, challenge, inspire, and support each individual athlete on a daily basis. We will strive to offer exceptional training and continue to build upon our knowledge base and expertise to best provide our athletes daily support for a healthy lifestyle.

We will work hard to ensure our value system and integrity matches that of the one you hold for your own family. We believe in delivering customer service that is no less than excellent.
